Donald Malter is a founding partner of RPG and a seasoned entertainment executive with the ability to manage financial strategy and operations during dynamic growth, turnaround, reposition and change phases. Malter has proven his ability while collaborating with investors for music and media business combinations and raising capital for acquiring rights with an eye on maximizing long term enterprise value.

Malter has functioned as a hands on Chief Financial Officer for over a decade in the entertainment and sports related industries including Cinematic Music, BMG Rights Management, and Universal’s Verve Music Group.
